The short version: we collect what’s needed to send you a parcel, and nothing else. There are no tracking pixels on this website.

Who we are
Corals Jewellery Pty Ltd, trading as Corals, of Clyde, VIC. Contact us at hello@alvingeorge.si.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. We need these to charge you and post the parcel.
- When you email us: whatever you put in the email.
- When you subscribe: your email address, and only that.
We do not collect or store your card number, expiry or CVC at any point. Payment happens on a page hosted by our payment provider, and all we receive back is a confirmation that it succeeded, the last four digits, and the card brand.
Your cart
Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser using local storage. It never reaches our servers until you press Checkout, and clearing your browser data clears it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
- Our payment provider — to take the payment.
- Australia Post — your name and address, to deliver the parcel.
- Our hosting provider — which processes web requests and may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
We never sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers. Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union; by ordering you consent to that transfer.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years, which is what Australian tax law requires. Email correspondence is kept for two years. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we aren’t legally required to keep. Email hello@alvingeorge.si and we’ll respond within 30 days.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first — we’d like the chance to fix it. If we can’t resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes we’ll update the review date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing customers will be emailed.
